It includes movements such as walking, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, lunging, and core. These exercises improve functional strength.
I provide personal training services, including one-on-one training, group sessions, remote training and online programming.

FROM FAT TO FUNCTIONAL!
At the age of 39 I finally got back some time for myself.
Building a business and raising a family for 15 years took its toll. No energy, tired all the time.
I felt old.
I stumbled on to functional fitness and was hooked. With proper exercise and nutrition I transformed my body in a year. I spent the last ten years learning about nutrition and training methods for people over 35.
Let’s face it – when you are hitting 40 you have to adjust your training methods. Training like you did at 25 just isn’t smart.
